- Submission of the request by Britishey Training Centre does not guarantee acceptance, processing within a particular timeframe or the issue of a certificate.
- Where Cambridge English is unable to match a candidate's records because of differences in names, candidate numbers, dates, centres or other information, the candidate may be required to provide additional evidence.
- The candidate authorises Britishey Training Centre to collect, process and share the personal, examination and supporting information necessary for the purpose of administering this request with Cambridge English.
- Britishey Training Centre is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information, missing documentation, discrepancies in Cambridge records, requests for additional verification, or processing by Cambridge English.
- Candidates should provide copies of supporting documents and should not submit original certificates unless specifically requested.
- This form is an administrative document produced by Britishey Training Centre. It is not a Cambridge English assessment document, Statement of Results or certificate.
