Kamal Kaid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the Education Management Industry, particularly in the field of language acquisition and ESL instruction. As the Supervisor of the Cambridge Department at Hailiang Foreign Language School in Zhuji, China, Kamal has been instrumental in various aspects of departmental management, including teacher recruitment, evaluation, and curriculum development. His leadership skills are evident in his role as the Supervisor of Foreign Teachers, where he sets course objectives, provides guidance to teachers, and ensures the implementation of best practices in the classroom.

With a passion for teaching, Kamal also serves as a History and Language Acquisition Teacher at Hailiang Foreign Language School, where he designs and delivers engaging lessons on World History for students enrolled in IGCSE/A-Level and Chinese curriculum programs. His teaching approach emphasizes creativity and active student participation, fostering an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.

Prior to his current roles, Kamal gained valuable experience as an ESL Teacher at Jilin No.2 Primary School in Jilin, China, and as an English Instructor at The British Institute in Cairo, Egypt.
