Education: Wessam holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Cairo, which she completed in 2015. Additionally, she earned the prestigious Cambridge CELTA certificate from Future University in January 2021. Her commitment to professional development is evident in her completion of various certifications, including the National Professional Standards for Teachers and English Language Curriculum Standards from SEC Qatar, as well as the Introduction for Teaching English (ITE) certificate from The American University in Cairo.

Work History: Throughout her career, Wessam has held key positions in both academic institutions and educational organizations. From 2010 to 2019, she served as an EFL and EAP (English for Academic Purposes) teacher and senior teacher at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar. Her responsibilities included teaching English and EAP courses, preparing course material, and training newly hired teachers.
