About this service

The DELTA Module Three Detailed Report service applies to candidates who have received a Referred or Fail grade in DELTA Module Three and wish to request an official Detailed Report explaining the outcome of their assessment.

Under Cambridge English’s Enquiries on Results procedure, the Detailed Report constitutes Stage 1 of the results-enquiry process for candidates receiving a Referred or Fail grade. Requests must be submitted within six weeks of the issue of results, and late requests are not accepted.

The report provides candidates with detailed information relating to the assessment of their DELTA Module Three assignment, helping them understand the areas in which the submission did not meet the required assessment standard. For referred candidates, this can provide important guidance when reviewing and revising the assignment in preparation for an eligible resubmission.

Referred candidates are permitted to resubmit their DELTA Module Three assignment once only within one year of the original entry. They must re-enter through their original centre of entry.

Payment through this service enables Britishey Training Centre to submit and administer the Stage 1 Detailed Report request on the candidate’s behalf through Cambridge English for Centres, in accordance with Cambridge English procedures. The centre is responsible for following up candidates’ results enquiries and communicating the outcome to the candidate.

This service covers the official Detailed Report request only. It does not constitute additional DELTA Module Three training, tutoring, assignment feedback from Britishey Training Centre, re-entry for assessment, or payment of any referral/resubmission fees.

Candidates who subsequently wish to request a Stage 2 Re-mark of Assignment must first have completed Stage 1 and received the outcome of their Detailed Report request. Any Stage 2 request must then be submitted within two weeks of receiving the Stage 1 response.

Through this service, Britishey Training Centre facilitates the formal Cambridge English results-enquiry process, enabling DELTA Module Three candidates to obtain the official assessment information they need to understand their result and make informed decisions about their next steps.
