Participation on this course included the following: Collaborative planning, 6 hours of experienced teacher observations, peer observations and shared evaluation and feedback. Within this framework, each participant completed 6 hours of individual teaching, observed and assessed by a team of experienced LTTC TEFL approved trainers.

Pass C ............ can plan effectively with guidance. ......... can analyse target language adequately and generally select appropriate resources and tasks for successful language and language skills development. ........... also can generally deliver effective language and skills lessons, using a variety of classroom teaching techniques with a degree of success. .......... shows some awareness of learners and can respond so that learners benefit from the lessons. ..........can reflect on some key strengths and weaknesses and generally use these reflections to develop her teaching skills. Overall, ............’s planning and teaching show satisfactory understanding of English language learning and teaching processes at LTTC TEFL level.
