Assignment 7: How to Answer Part Two
In order to provide an appropriate use of a teaching aid, you need to state the objective behind that usage first and second you need to list the procedures that can be used for achieving that purpose. For example, if we are going to talk about an appropriate use of mobile phones in the ESL/EFL classroom, you can organise your answer in the following way:
Mobile Phones:
Objective: to test students' knowledge of a grammar rule using an educational game application such as "Kahoot"
Procedures:
- Make sure that all students have the app downloaded to their mobile phones.
- Ensure that they create their own accounts.
- Send them a link with which they can log in the test you prepared for them.
- Instruct them to start taking the test all of them at the same time.
- Follow their answers on your application dashboard so that you know whether they are facing problems or not.
- Provide them with feedback.
