With more than 25 years of experience in education, Ola brings a powerful blend of strategic leadership, curriculum expertise, and teacher-training excellence to Britishey Training Centre. Her career spans roles in learning and development, programme management, school leadership, and professional training, with a consistent focus on empowering educators and improving learning outcomes.
Ola has designed and led large-scale training programmes, developed comprehensive curricula, and supported teachers through coaching, observation, and Training-of-Trainers initiatives. She has also contributed significantly to e-learning transformation by converting traditional training into engaging digital modules, expanding access to quality education for diverse and remote communities.
Her strengths include Monitoring & Evaluation, data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and instructional design—all of which enhance the quality and impact of Britishey’s training programmes. Ola’s leadership experience in school administration further supports her holistic understanding of teaching and learning within K–12 contexts.
