He furthered his qualifications with a General Diploma in Teacher Preparation from Ain-Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, and pursued specialized training in linguistics, earning a Special Diploma in Linguistics from the same university.

Mahmoud's professional journey spans over two decades, during which he has held various teaching positions in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Notably, he has served as a Middle and High School English Teacher at AL-Iqbal International School in Riyadh, KSA, where he adeptly prepared students for standardized tests such as the SAT. He also contributed to the academic growth of students as a Primary and Middle School English Teacher at AL-Farabi International School in Riyadh, KSA, where he taught a diverse range of subjects including English Literature and Social Studies.
